About Us
As experienced clinicians we take special care of our patients. The development of our technologies has been in response to that caring to provide better outcomes for our patients. However when a member of our immediate family was stricken by cancer the need for our new tools became even more urgent. This was personal and although that’s how we’ve always operated we had to control emotions and introduce new ideas at a time of turbulence and turmoil. This scenario will be familiar to many of you as patients, family members and providers alike.
Our prognostic technology is just basic science and simply makes sense (to us) as we’ve studied it and are familiar with the techniques, the processes of disease (physiology and pathophysiology). The data from our new tool illustrates the place on the trajectory (course) of a disease that the individual patient is at; it is used to guide where they are going and to reveal the ultimate outcome to support better decisions throughout that journey. The additional tools we’ve built support and sustain better treatment decisions; all targeted to improve the life lived each day, the eventual outcome and better manage costs. The technology answers the specific question of “How is this patient doing?” the cumulative aspect of all historical events that brought them to this juncture, the way their current disease is affecting them, the effectiveness of the treatment they are taking and the ultimate outcome of that process.
Simply stated, if sick, how sick?
We were able to work with our loved one’s doctors to provide tools to improve the quality of her life, extend the remaining days of her time with us and to ease the transition at the end of her life. Our technologies provide better information, to support improved decisions for making treatment choices; whether the diagnosis is a chronic condition, serious disease or life ending event. This information allows the patient, family and healthcare provider to work more effectively together towards the best, most realistic outcome.
Our interest now is to disseminate and expand these benefits to other patient’s, families and providers; we are here to help; to talk and to educate. Please rely upon us to work with you.
Thank you,
Cheers!
