Fresh Food versus Previously Frozen

April 2nd, 2010 Posted in Misc

We have found that more than one-half of the fish advertised and priced as “fresh” in grocery counters has been previously frozen! How many times has the product you brought home and worked so hard to prepare just didn’t taste the way you thought it should?

EFresh our proprietary technology electrically illustrates the cell membranes of the fish. When the fish is frozen the cell membranes burst and the measured value changes along with the flavor.

If we knew the fish was peviously frozen it could be prepared sauced or in a casserole as opposed to a stand-alone entree.

We have to stop this fraud, charging us for fresh when it was previously frozen. Share your stories with us and let’s see if we can get the grocers attention.

Thank you,

Cheers!

    Good Day Mr Hancuff,

Thank you for your comment. However you should know that the applications of our technology extended beyond what the RJL instruments (or any other manufacturer) are used for, as I discovered and patented the use of the measured values for clinical and food stuff use which extend well beyond the basic use of impedance analysis to estimate body composition. Take the time to better understand the technology and its applications.

    Cheers!
